Implementation of the MPDS at Accreditation Level
As emergency medical dispatch becomes increasingly complex in the State of Qatar, due to continuous development and increasing population, Ambulance Service dispatchers need relevant and consistent training to perform their duties. The medical priority dispatch system helped train our dispatchers through the implementation of a response matrix and development of permanent quality improvement processes. This means the dispatch of emergency services in Qatar is among the best in the world.
